Bar Council of India (BCI) regulates the legal education and legal profession in India. In order, to ensure quality law education and to monitor the standard of aspirants entering legal profession, BCI doesn’t recognize distance/ correspondence LLB. Thus, no university is allowed to offer LLB through Distance Education.
