BSW Distance Education
BSW Distance Education is a professional three-years undergraduate social-work program for students who want to pursue a career in the field of social welfare. BSW stands for Bachelor of Social Work. As the name suggests, this program equips students with the knowledge, skills and techniques required to empower individuals and communities. This program deals with the study of understanding and analyzing various socio-economic problems persisting in the country and teaches to apply the combined knowledge of sociology, polity, psychology, public health, public administration, economics and law, in solving such problems at individual as well as community level.
BSW program is available in both Regular & Distance learning mode. Distance BSW caters, students and working professionals, who cannot join regular classroom programs. Distance BSW course introduce aspirants to the fundamentals of social work and its applications in real life, using various distance learning technics. This program is for those who are dedicated towards bringing a change in the society by serving individual, couples, families, groups, and communities, with a special focus on unprivileged & oppressed.
